The purchasers should note that the use of equipment supplied can be dangerous and may cause injury if used incorrectly. It is imperative to wear safety glasses especially with spring work.The purchasers agree that it is a condition of sale that they will absolve DIY Upholstery Supplies from all liability howsoever arising from injury or damage howsoever caused arising out of the use of the equipment, and further the purchasers waive all of their legal rights of action and fully release the suppliers for all loss, damage or injury arising out of the use of the equipment to the extent permitted by law.
All returns to be returned at purchasers expense if the product is found to be defective or faulty customer will be reimbursed total postage or freight cost.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with any items from this web site, then they may be returned within 7 days from receipt by you. All merchandise must be returned in original packing, unused and include details of the invoice number, invoice date, copy of credit voucher (if applicable), reasons for return and contact details should we wish to get in touch with you.     

Credit / Refunds amounts will be made for the initial order total {excluding freight). Return freight costs will be covered by customer.
